Who we are
JPx Web is run by JPx Advisory AB (org.nr 559549-4526), Stockholm, Sweden. We are responsible for the personal details you send us. Contact: [email protected].
What we collect
When you fill in our form on Facebook or Instagram, message us, or email us, we receive the details you give us. That can include your name, phone number, email address, business name, trade, service area, whether you have a website, and anything else you tell us.
Why we use it
Only to contact you about a website or related services for your business, and to send you a scope, quote or agreement if you ask for one. We use it because you asked us to get in touch, and to take the steps needed before we agree to work together. We don't sell your details or use them for anything else.
Who sees it
Our small team, including Emma, our local contact in Australia. We also use service providers that process details on our behalf:
- Meta (Facebook and Instagram) for lead forms and messages
- Google Workspace for email
- Cloudflare for hosting this website
- Notion, where we keep track of enquiries and follow-ups
Where it's stored
We're based in Sweden, so your details are handled outside Australia, in the EU. Some providers above (such as Meta and Google) may also process them in the United States or other countries, under their own data transfer safeguards.
This website
This site doesn't use advertising cookies. Cloudflare, our host, provides privacy-friendly visitor statistics that don't use cookies or identify you. The site's fonts are served from our own domain.
How long we keep it
If we don't end up working together, we delete your details within 12 months. If we do, we keep what we need for the work and for our accounting records.
Your rights and complaints
You can ask to see, correct or delete your details at any time by emailing [email protected]. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your details, please tell us first so we can fix it. You can also complain to the Swedish privacy authority (IMY) or, in Australia, the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).
